The Intec-GCPA delegation was led by Marco Caponigro, Head of the Sustainable Energy Department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Representing IGTIPC at the meeting were Acting Chairman of the Management Board Saken Kalkamanov, Head of the Bureau for Best Available Techniques (BAT) Bauyrzhan Abenov, and Director of the Project Management Department Ruslan Bekturganov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The meeting focused on potential formats of cooperation in the implementation and adaptation of best available techniques (BAT), the development of sustainable energy solutions, and the facilitation of international knowledge and technology transfer to Kazakhstan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Particular attention was given to Intec-GCPA\u2019s ongoing projects in Tajikistan, potential collaboration with the Green Climate Fund, opportunities for mobilizing private investment in sustainable development, and the application of BAT reference documents and IGTIPC\u2019s technical expertise in other Central Asian countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Intec-GCPA representatives shared their experience in advising governments on energy transitions, implementing climate strategies, and working with international institutions on sustainable development agendas.
