The parties agreed to strengthen their partnership with a focus on introducing state-of-the-art monitoring technologies in Kazakhstan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lihero, with 28 years of experience, is the developer of China\u2019s national environmental monitoring system. During the talks, the company expressed interest in adapting its solutions to Kazakhstan\u2019s specific regional needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a result of the negotiations, the parties agreed to draft <strong>a <\/strong><strong>roadmap for establishing a multi-tier environmental monitoring system<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong> The plan will outline steps for introducing modern digital tools, training specialists, and building a nationwide monitoring infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Minister Nysanbayev emphasized the importance of <strong>high-precision monitoring of air, water, and soil<\/strong>, as well as the urgent need to <strong>digitize environmental oversight processes<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong> He noted that potential cooperation with Lihero opens new opportunities for environmental security and sustainable development, while strengthening Kazakhstan\u2019s technological capacity and international
