The Center’s Role under Article 130 of the Environmental Code

The Center maintains the Registry of green technologies and projects as the service operator for green technologies under Article 130 of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Center is a subordinate organization of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The sole shareholder of the Center is the Government represented by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.
